We love design! Our Journey began 20 years ago in Provincetown, MA. with an idea that there had to be a better fit, price and quality to Mens pants. What started in our basement, working long hours on prototypes while on a shoestring budget, was then called INSEAM—sleek, masculine and incredibly wearable military-inspired clothing for work and play. Our pants and shorts became the must have items for our growing clientele. The Workforce line was added in 2013 to expand our clientele.
Now, we're simply Workforce. We are known the world over for our unique pants and shirts and Workforce builds on that concept. This line is inspired by America's Industrial past as well as its Military one. Everything we produce is designed in the USA. We try hard to manufacture in American facilities with creative individuals being compensated with fair labor wages. In addition and most importantly, our honest price points are not the traditional huge clothing mark-up. Against financial advice, we believe in the long run. Because, like you, we are also part of the working crew—part of the Workforce.
Our Mission at Workforce is simple: Create unique, long lasting Heritage products inspired by the Industrial Worker and Military uniforms past and present at a Fair price that make its wearer look and feel great!
Following closely in the footsteps of my own heritage (my Grandfather and Uncle spent several decades running a successful awning and tent business in NYC), we aim to create a balance of attention to style, detail, craftsmanship and comfort, at a price that is within reach for all. That is the Workforce Goal: Build Quality products for the long haul!
Feel Good, Do Good, Respect and Honor the past present and the future.
Cheers, John and Jeff
